Lit Much
Many times they have
Lit showed hostility toward

cpersecuted me from my dyouth up,”
eLet Israel now say,

Lit Much
Many times they have
Lit showed hostility toward
persecuted me from my youth up;
Yet they have hnot prevailed against me.
3The plowers plowed upon my back;
They lengthened their furrows.”
4The Lord iis righteous;
He has cut in two the jcords of the wicked.

5May all who khate Zion
Be lput to shame and turned backward;
6Let them be like mgrass upon the housetops,
Which withers before it
Lit draws out
grows up;
7With which the reaper does not fill his
Lit palm
hand,
Or the binder of sheaves his pbosom;
8Nor do those who pass by say,
“The qblessing of the Lord be upon you;
We bless you in the name of the Lord.”
